Earlier on a driver was doing 21mph in a 30 zone then when it hit a 40zone he went up to 50mph :-).

Its not to do with that, its just nobody drives properly or sensibly any more. If it was an Austin Maestro or whatever todays equivalent is you wouldnt notice. Its just these twats are on the way and we notice their cars. Everyone has got one as well, they are all dripped up to the hilt in finance, which makes more of them and more to see driving like cuntsShit drivers usually drive Audis, BMWs or Mercedes in my long driving experience. They have to get to the front before anyone else because their time is obviously more valuable then anyone else’s.

At 0mph you aren't moving, but I understand what you meanDrivers of those cars always seem to be driving or trying to drive 15 mph when slow moving morning or evening traffic is moving at around 0-5 mph.
