So there you are, reading something of interest on your phone, when a pop up ad., some clickbait, or something related to what you are reading but not current, interrupts you and wants to send your mind down a different path to the one you are on at the time.

An unexpected phone call, like, "Hello it's the Doctors here, will you be attending your appointment in 2 days?"
"How was your experience with our customer service?"
"Would you recommend us to a friend?" And so on.
Then there's the phone call from that friend who messaged you earlier asking why you didn't reply?
Then the doorbell rings and you'd have to be quicker than Usain Bolt to get to the door only to find out that you've missed the postman and s/he's taken your parcel to the nearest post office and it will be there for the next 5 working days.
