Slugs on toast for breakfast!

I was driving in my flip flops once and I could feel wet between my toes. I thought I just have stepped in a puddle before getting in the car. When I got home I looked down as I got out of the car and there was a slug between two of my toes.

Although I didn’t eat that one.

Wearing flip flops is one thing but driving in them !!!

I've found water resistant are better than waterproof (which aren't waterproof at all). Elastoplast do both.

Yes, water resistant > water repellent > waterproof, one of the (very) few things I picked up at school.

Seeing young kids walking round the supa market in full kit including shin pads and boots. My manager, dad etc would give us a right blocking if we wore our boots on a hard surface. It would make the studs sharp and unsafe.

Guess parents and refs, managers dont check the studs before games anymore

A Place in the Sun".... That annoys me as well. 23 years that's been on and it's just repeat after repeat of 2014 episodes on More 4. A Lockdown TV staple it was as well, all while we could not go on holiday, let alone leave our homes.

And they hardly ever make an offer and actually buy a property.

All these looking for a house shows are full of people with too little money and too high expectations.

E.g.

Escape to the Country. Some daft spinster intending to move from a basement studio in Chelsea to Pembrokeshire or rural inland Wales. Wanted to entertain friends and didn't think to take into account travel times before going on TV.

Auction houses up and down the country need stuff to sell.
The bbc needs a programme to fill the hours between Breakfast TV and Pointless Celebrity Wank Off.
A clever person says to the bbc give me 500k and I'll do you a programme.
He then says to the auctioneers here's 250k to put 12 items in your auction for 20 episodes plus free advertising.
He does the programme for 200k and every fucker is happy....... bar you.

It is simple business. The auction houses would pay a fortune for the kind of advertising they get plus, 3 programmes that you see will all be filmed on the same day.
I'd live to come up with a business idea like that.
