Trying to get tablets out of that stupid foil stuff!! Especially paracetamol, they are the worst. Just venting because it blooming hurts....

I have the same problem lovely , just recently the capsules have been breaking open when i try to get them out of the foil, think the generic medicines are cheaply made with the foil being cheaper as well as the drugs

I think that’s it. Unfortunately mine aren’t the capsules (which I do find easier to swallow) and with the arthritis in my hands especially my thumbs it can be a nightmare. However I'm walking as bit better so I guess it’s swings and roundabouts!!
