It’s usually women picking up/ dropping their kids off their friends.Gormless feckers who park facing oncoming traffic and leave their headlights on either main or dipped beam. Situational awareness nor consideration for other road users obviously not their strong point so to me that's straight execution - no trial, judge nor jury.
