I thought I was the only one with an ignore list.People being able to add II to their username and remove themselves from my ignore list.
YEAH I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS.When you are typing away and realise the caps lock in on and vice versa.
Thought you were too old for School Holidays Uncle Bill?School holidays.
It's fucked mate..When you need to do something important using an app on your phone and the phone decides to restart itself every thirty seconds or so. The app doesn't have the capability to save partial information.
Might be getting a new phone in the very near future.
Yeah, I was coming to that conclusion. Question is; do I get another Samsung or go for a different Android manufacturer. And I'm not sure about ditching my current phone immediately as my Wembley ticket is sitting in the wallet app. It's fucked mate..
I had that dilemma recently. I was gonna buy an OPPO but then I saw the S23 Pro reduced to $1200 as the S24 was due out (about 600 quid) so went with that, I haven't regretted it. Brilliant phone brilliant camera. Plus Samsung have just given us an update that gives us the same AI features as the S24 (very nice of them) :)Yeah, I was coming to that conclusion. That's why I put school holidays, we use the trams quite a lot and when the little brats are not at school the trams are full of them, using their fucking thousand dollar phones just like you describe. Feet on seats as well which annoys me, I'm becoming Victor Meldrew :)People who use the speaker phone function in a public place, and hold their phone at 90° to their gobs. In effect, they're having a conversation that everyone nearby can hear. We're not interested in your banal conversation, thank you very much.
I hear you...Food eating noises in adverts. I can’t even stand that “glug, glug, glug” noise they use for Coke or Pepsi ads when just pouring it. Even worse in a cinema at 500 decibels.
The advert for Magnum ice creams where they amplify the sound of the chocolate coating breaking… aaargh! Hate it.
That and people getting over-excited in adverts over a fast food burger or chicken wrap like it’s haute cuisine.
I'm not looking to spend that much as my current broken Samsung is just over two years old. A Samsung A15 5G is £170 to £180 and has all the features I need including 6.5" screen, 128 M memory, NFC, decent camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, Android v14 and has a type-C charge socket which matches all the chargers I have for the current phone.I had that dilemma recently. Media obsession with Taylor Swift. Today's BBC website carries 4 separate articles.
I also would add -
Harry & Meghan
The Beckhams
Both the McGuinnesses
& a few hundred more!
