That’s bad they ignore rules built up over years, centuries in fact and reset the clock back years to the days of the workhouse where homeless people ended up.
If they refuse accommodation offered they lose their rights,
In America some call it “trailer trash” or words similar. We seem to be creating the same here people with no where to call home but another £285 million thrown at the problem the government are creating deliberately we can’t legitimately protest either.
