I genuinely don’t know one person who has ever mentioned stopping immigration. There are far more important issues. I seen a lot of folk at the Cenotaph yesterday of obvious immigrant background, maybe we should send them back.

I've already put my 2 peneth in about English identity. I'm not claiming you have to be white, I'm claiming you have to have a modicum of respect. Take the Asian shopkeeper and the wig incident. It is odd though that Cameron like Mandelson and Carrington before him is only accountable through the House of Lords. He won’t be directly accountable to the Commons.

Not quite accurate, they are still subject to scrutiny by HoC Select Committee, who often do a much better job than parliament.

You see it on here every day, the Labour part lost their identity when they fucked the real working class off and their only way back is to at least try to do something that will benefit the working class.

Remain were only ever offering more of the same and had no cogent policy on immigration. And immigration was the number one reason people voted to leave.
Had Cameron been able to get some / any concessions from the EU on immigration, Remain would have waltzed home.

Angela Merkel said Cameron didn’t clearly ask for anything. I suspect he had just not thought through what was required. Chillax.
