Summer Transfers

Yesterday we couldn't score single goal against Stoke at home not because our full backs were bad, but because we weren't creative due to the absence of Sterling and Silva.

Therefore we need to get Mbappe and Isco or Bernardo

I mean, why can't it be both?

Pep's game is very reliant on creativity from the fullbacks allowing the midfielders to get into goal scoring opportunities. Because Sagna and Clichy were unable to offer the necessary attacking threat required, Yaya, Sane and even Aguero had to work harder to create opportunities for themselves.

Our first priority will be fullbacks this summer, Pep has said as much, and it was plain to see last night.

(and if, as you say, we aren't creative enough to beat Stoke because KDB, Yaya and Sane aren't enough in the midfield, then that only reinforces the point that more creativity is required elsewhere on the park)

The centre of midfield was clogged yesterday, but we quite regularly got Clichy and Sagna on the ball in space but their crossing and distribution was lamentable , I think better full backs would have helped.

Oxlade Chamberlain will be one of the first signed in my opinion.

Just told Arsenal he wants to leave
thought that myself, after hearing he wants out,
sanchez, bellerin and ox,with Wiltshire and well end up crumbling at the end of each season, and get knocked out in the champs league in the first knockout stages :)
