Shall we put De Bruyne in nets too? Let's just hope nothing rebounds off the post into his face.I’m sure Laporte would be fine on the right.

Thats about 10 time as much as I would pay. I really dont rate him at all. We aren't here to be a final salary for players. You saying more or less? He might be 31 but he’s one of the best strikers on the planet and could very easily replace Sané on the left.

Whilst we would have a fantastic ready made song for him, I am not sold on Aubameyang. He strikes me as the epitome of a flat track bully. You saying more or less? He might be 31 but he’s one of the best strikers on the planet and could very easily replace Sané on the left.

I’d seriously consider taking a look at Aubameyang. I know he doesn’t tie into our philosophy, but he’d be an amazing Sané replacement on the left, and a world class option for when Aguero isn’t playing/is injured. It would also take pressure off of Jesus.
If we do a straight swap of Sané for Lucas, and get Alaba for a decent price, it could look like this:
In: Aubameyang £50mil, Lucas £0, Alaba £25mil, Tosin back from loan
Out: Sane £0, Angelino £20mil
Net: £55mil
Aubameyang Aguero Sterling
KDB Rodri Bernardo
Alaba Lucas Laporte Walker
Ederson
Foden Jesus Mahrez
Gundogan Fernandinho Zinchenko
Mendy Otamendi Garcia Canelo
Zak Stefan
This is a very strong set of first 11’s, with not an huge increase in spend.
Lucas ?
Well, who’d buy him...?I don't know whats funnier, the fact he wants to buy 2 players the exact same and think Bayern will sell both - causing us to move Laporte out of position too... or the fact he thinks Aubameyang is a good Sane replacement
Then I've just noticed he'd keep Otamendi! Jesus christ....

Bayern proposed a swap deal (apparently) of Lucas for Sané. If they’re serious about that, then yes they’d consider it. And Alaba lost his place at LB to Davies and has 12 months left on his contract, so I really don’t see either as unrealistic. Maybe letting both go is, but one is achievable.
