For some reason i'm expecting some big news to break out about our summer dealings any minute now....like we have gazumped Chelsea for Havertz or something....(which would be glorious and payback after what happened to Jorginho). :)
But given that CL is just 5 days away. i'm wondering if that will impact our dealings/announcements?

And not ready.Well with Ake and Torres in the bag almost , who is next? for me it is Zakaria younger faster stronger and better on the ball than Stones and cheaper fee wages and lifespan than Koulibaly, Tsmikas faster better crosser and defensive than all our LB`s Camavinga arguably the best in the world for his position and age, and Doku fast and a good touch both footed can play anywhere across the front 3, especially when our strikers are both out like last season and the season before.

Probably right, but what happens when Aguero and Jesus get injured at the same time again, which is more likely this year than last? are we really going to play up to half a season without a striker? Doku`s youth means he does not take up a squad place while we wait for Mbappe/Haland next year

we certainly are not getting Mbappe ever
Haaland - everyone will be in for him and we have shown we wont get into bidding wars for players.

If we are after a forward I don’t think there’s any way any news will break until after the champions league. Jesus is a confidence player and we need him bang at it over the next few weeks. We won’t risk a leak about a new forward / attacker unsettling him imo.
2 strikers are enough. Which team has 3 ? I don‘t know why people expect another striker for next season tbh. Most teams even go into the season with only one main striker. And since most people see Jesus as Aguero‘s successor ( I don‘t) it makes no sense going for another striker. Neither do I think that Haaland would suit our playing style but well each their own. Unless Pep Switches to the 3-5-2 more consistently it‘s nonsense. And then u could play Sterling upfront with one of Kun or Jesus.
