I suppose they will let go of Boateng, maybe Javi Martinez. Alaba (Barça, Real, City) is still negociating his contract, he might leave and recently both the latter and Hernandez were supposed to have picked up the interest of PSG too.
Bayern is supposed to have done a very big offer. I guess it is to be expected. They can sign our players for a longer term that we can (3 years max in France), so the overall package for the first contract is way more lucrative. And i guess PSG is reluctant to "buy" their own youth players as a transfer and offers less sign on fee than a Bayern for example.
For them, it is just a cheap transfer which can be very successful both on field and off field. Similarly, Juve made 30 M from taking Coman for free from us and he is a regular player at Bayern now.
