Sunderland Vs City Post Match Thread

Fantastic performance tonight. Pellers has got it spot on in the last few performances.

Having aguero up top with Joveitc playing slightly deeper is getting the best out of aguero and the team....nasri looking good as is ferd and yaya......

Special mention to clichy who has been fantastic in recent games and Boyata looked really steady tonight as well

Awesome and if we can keep the pressure on Chelsea and another team or two does us a favour we are right in there

Lastly great to see Pozo get his league debut

We're definitely getting back to our best. The team play tonight was exceptional.

Fernandinho was top drawer again. Looks like the world class midfield player we had most of last season.

Next up Everton. Potential banana skin. But if we play like we've played the last week or so we'll go into Rome flying high.

Missed most of the first half due to internet problem. Was just in time to see Jovetic goal. We certainly bossed it from that point; in fact it looked like a bit of a piss take.

Haven't checked but I assume there was plenty of misplaced pre-match moaning about Pellegrini's team selection.

Pleased for Cedric that he acquitted himself well.

Fantastic ball retention by Fern, Yaya and Nasri.

Aguero is simply sensational at the moment.

Nice to see Angelino on the bench tonight.

Looking on the transfer forum everyone going on about signing a left back. Why? When we have this lad here. Just needs to bulk up a bit.

Hopefully we will see more EDS lads on the bench.

That was the best we've played all season.

Very very slick football. Lots of one touch and great movement.

Fantastic reaction to going behind.

Wonderful control throughout.

Boyata was excellent. Well done that man.
