I know it has the potential to if you take away the qualification element. Its not nailed on though. There are plenty leagues that run without automatic qualification. I could certainly see money flowing away from the PL in terms of TV rights.It will kill the PL
Thats why I think it was probably a tough decision for the club. In or out of the tent there are very negative consequences. If we had said no, the super league would not have gone away with so many of the cartel clubs behind it.

Four quarters of 20 minutes for time outs for advert breaks. Meaning game playing time reduce to 80 minutes, but last longer for the fans ;
Teams having two sets of 11 players for offense and defense play
Can bring on a player just to take penalties or corners !

Haha I said this to a red colleague earlier - completely stumped him.
