Supporter Services - MCFC

Who reckons the stewards will check the name of the individual using the E ticket? Both are adult tickets. like many have mentioned, I have tried for days ringing supporter services to amend the name on the ticket regarding the Norwich game with no joy.
I know how you feel. I rang for 1.5 hours today and never got to speak to anybody about it.

Hopefully they won’t care, if you can prove all people in your party have a negative test and or double vaccination status, and the correct price has been paid for the tickets then hopefully it will all be ok. Good luck for Saturday; hopefully 3 points!

I have tickets for the southampton game, 2 tickets, me and my friend's first visit to man city game as we are not actually man city fans.

several issues.

Purchased tickets are no longer showing on out ticketing account, infact no trace of a purchase ever being made apart from the confirmation email I have. (quite a few having this issue it seems looking at twitter.

I inadvertently purchased both tickets in my name so I want to change one of the tickets over to my friends name and we are connected as friends and family on our accounts!

also tickets were purchased using hotmail account, I wish for my registered email address to be chnaged to my gmail account to avoid any potential issues on matchday

3 emails have been ignored, I finally managed to DM the supporter services on twitter so no doubt it will be a long wait for them to reply. and I can't phone as I work monday-Friday 9-5!

atleast I have a month to sort these what should be easy issues out.

But sorted out or not me and my friend will be attending against Southampton, we will arrive early and we will just approach the nearest steward and it will be up to them to find somebody who can assist us.

If that happens I won't be the only fan going to games with unresolved issues which stewards will have to face the frustations of fans for, not fair on them.

What a shambles.

I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday then got cut off. You literally can't get through to them by phone any more. I have sent 5 emails and they haven't replied to any of them. I have tried the twitter page also and they are also useless. Looking on the twitter page loads of people seem to be in the same boat.

I sent the Twitter page a DM about something yesterday and they did get back to me today. As far as I can tell it’s one person running that page which is a farce.
