I have tickets for the southampton game, 2 tickets, me and my friend's first visit to man city game as we are not actually man city fans.
several issues.
Purchased tickets are no longer showing on out ticketing account, infact no trace of a purchase ever being made apart from the confirmation email I have. (quite a few having this issue it seems looking at twitter.
I inadvertently purchased both tickets in my name so I want to change one of the tickets over to my friends name and we are connected as friends and family on our accounts!
also tickets were purchased using hotmail account, I wish for my registered email address to be chnaged to my gmail account to avoid any potential issues on matchday
3 emails have been ignored, I finally managed to DM the supporter services on twitter so no doubt it will be a long wait for them to reply. and I can't phone as I work monday-Friday 9-5!
atleast I have a month to sort these what should be easy issues out.
But sorted out or not me and my friend will be attending against Southampton, we will arrive early and we will just approach the nearest steward and it will be up to them to find somebody who can assist us.
If that happens I won't be the only fan going to games with unresolved issues which stewards will have to face the frustations of fans for, not fair on them.
What a shambles.
