Try on the dot of 9.00am otherwise it's hours and can cut you off when they feel like it !Is just calling them the best way to get hold of them? Been in a queue for over an hour now and started at 94 in the queue and now 54 in the queue. Need my season card re adding to my mobile wallet.
Mental isnt it. Sick of hearing that blokes voice telling me Real Madrid is sold out. Im now at 17, just short of 2 hours in.I’m just on the phone now….. started at 98 and I’m now 8th in the queue. 2hrs 26 mins so far. :-(

There are people trying to sell their ticket for Madrid for not much more than face value. Someone complained about one sale in particular today, the buyer had it in his wallet then because of the complaint City deactivated the ticket. The seller has been trying to ring City all day today - waits hours, gets cut off.

They all do this - BT, BG, O2. I found that if you have a query you get an answer on Facebook inside five minutes.The system is designed to basically stop callers ! Otherwise 2 to3 hours to speak to somebody is ridiculous !

been trying to get my daughter a junior Cityzens membership (both under my account, linking her name from Friends & Family, and also tried her 'account') and every which way I try I get the "____ is unable to purchase a "Junior Membership (0 to 12yrs)". Please change the owner before proceeding or head back to the memberships page to select an alternative membership" error message. Been trying for over a month now and can't get a response back from the Club. What I get for trying to give the Club money for a drawstring bag with stickers!
