Swansea (a) Post Match Thread

you know we are a very lucky fan base, our terrible manager has gone. to be replacing one of the worst with one of, if not the best is fantastic.

can't wait for next season already. I just have to save up :)

ps. hotel in Cardiff already booked.

Did Otamendi dive in all the time when he was playing in Spain? Difficult to see how he got such a decent reputation if he did, unless he just had an incredible season where more or less every time he dived in it worked out well?
I remember someone posting a YouTube compilation of his time in Spain when we were about to sign him. Someone pointed out back then that he wouldn't get away with half of those wild desperate lunges in the Premier League. Shame no one working at the club had the same foresight.

Am I the only one who thinks it's a major miracle that he's not had a single red card this season?

then we are fucked. pep or no pep.

It's okay. Judging by the posts on here people have begun to recognise that we're pretty fucked. Owners who don't care about supporters. A CEO who's hated by all the staff who work at City. Staff who are all twats. Players and manager who don't care because they were playing out a form of gardening leave. It's any wonder we've not been relegated and I fear for our future now seriously Pep or no Pep.

the boy is class. you don't turn shite overnight. think he's asked for the move and they are holding him back bitter small time scouse cunts.

edit. laporte is truly outstanding.
But they're both young lads. Stones has no leadership qualities and hasn't proved himself a great defender so far and Laporte has worrying injury problems and would find himself in a brand new country/league. I don't know if he has an air of leadership about him tbh as I've not seen enough of him but the thought of those two being our brand new CBs doesn't fill me with much confidence. When you take into account we're desperate for new full backs as well it seems Pep has some job on his hands.

Jeez chill. Relegated! Ceo hated by all! Things are not that bad man.

Re otamendi, good player, he is one to keep. I have been impressed with him despit ed the bias press highlighting every city defensive mistake.
