They were singing "Whats that coming over the hill, is it a monster, no its Mangala" during the game.

Just what Aguero needed to get his confidence back. I hope he starts against Spurs and we don't interrupt any momentum he might have. Jesus is good for our pressing but I don't think he would score that goal Sergio scored, it was classic Kun.

David Silva 9.9/10 - Churlish to drop 0.1 but he really should have had a hat-trick. He's found a new aspect to his game, ghosting into the penalty area as he ghosts between the lines. I've always said he'd be as good as Messi if he could score - and now he is scoring!
Aguero was denied by the keeper twice but finally he got what he deserved. Normally; once he starts scoring it takes an injury to stop him.
Bernardo starting to look good now he's got used to the pace of the Prem. His crossing is magnificent.
Ederson made two great saves too.
What can you say - this is football porn!

Once again, Manchester City put on a masterclass in how to play proper football. Slick, incisive passing and quick closing-down when Swansea had the ball.

And now we have the outright record for consecutive top-flight wins. Phenomenal achievement and it was great to see some of the 'fringe' players - Eli, Danny and Bernie, as well as Yaya, Ilkay and Aleks - all getting some minutes on the pitch. We have now scored 52 goals in the League; 68 in all competitions, which is amazing, considering we still aren’t half-way through the season. Great to see Sergio back among the goals from open play.

Some fine performances throughout the team, including KdB, Dinho and Nico, but my MotM was the great Merlin. A brilliant flick for the first and he controlled the whole game.

Spurs are a good team, very tough game.
