Sorry mate, Mourinho > Pellegrini, plus he's managed in England before, plus he's won the Prem before, plus he's won the Champs League before, plus he'll be famaliar with his surroundings, plus he knows some of Chelsea's players from his last stint there. He's not very 'holistic' though.
