Just turned it on. Irani said it was certainly a yellow and he gave the ref an opportunity to send him off.

didn't watch the game last night but just see the challenge by Nani, and i can't see much difference between the two challenges, apart from the media melt down over Nani's ! also thought this ref was shit against us verse Dynamo Kiev and again verse Porto away when he booked most of the City team, yet i don't remember the media coming out and saying what a bad referee he was then !
