I'd need a drink if I had to endure Hinge & Bracket too.I was once on a residential course at the (old) St Annes hotel in Buxton's Crescent, and for 2 nights, Hinge and Bracket stayed there. Both nights, we were invited to impromptu concerts they made, which made staying there much more enjoyable, as it snowed heavily all week. Getting to the pubs after they left was a challenge, but we managed it!

Says what most City fans would say. I thought he made a good point when he talked about Newcastle. Everyone loving them at the moment, but that will soon change. They've got CL money now, at Liverpool's expense. Things will turn this summer with the Liverpool supporting media.
The FFP point was bang on. Shame we've never had anyone on there who knows the basics and can put Simon Jordan in his place on a few matters. It would take 5 minutes to give someone a briefing so they could counter him, but it's almost better to be childish and say who cares. I saw it, I lived it, I loved it. And it will never be tainted. Other fans don't like it but fuck them. If we do go back down the leagues we'll still be there and we'll still have these memories.

Absolutely the best approach to take. When United were winning everything their fans won't have given a shit when people were saying they had the refs on their side, etc, if anything it probably just made their annoying faces even more smug.
Even when we got up to the PL, I started to notice how many Leeds and Wednesday fans were consoling themselves with the fact we went up with a negative GD, and that we didn't score a goal ourselves in 3 whole play off games (and 2 periods of extra time). Did they honestly think any Huddersfield fan gave a toss about that?! If anything, for me anyway, it just made everything sweeter.
These are nothing more than coping mechanisms for the mentally fragile, so just bask in their bitterness, as it tends to annoy them all the more. I work with a few of those types and I have to say, rag-baiting has fast become one of my favourite ways of passing the time. Take full advantage :)
