As it happens, I’d say quite a lot of the discourse on a few matters (particularly understanding what the City case really was/is) has come from my content in various places. TS clearly has a big audience (incl of decision makers) so it’s worth doing

Do you think why city are challenging this rule and going for compensation is to do with the Etihad deal? They have now said it is an Associated party and they've reduced it by say 30/40m and they've back dated that to the 2021 so we have lost around 120m of our accounts because of it?

It just seems weird we going for compensation as well as challenging the Associated party rule otherwise...

Problem is Stefan if City were to be found to have done absolutely nothing wrong, the majority of rival fans, and Simon Jordan and his gang, don't want to hear that and have already made their mind up about our guilt. Yep. The outcome of both is absolutely inconsequential to a rather sizeable chunk of PL fans - we're guilty. That's been the narrative since they first sent out the 115 nonsense. There was absolutely no need for them to publish 115 but they did and the reason was to get everyone talking about it. I don't think we've had many speak in our defence. It all seemed to go quiet, then all of a sudden when it looked like we were going to do 4-in-a-row it all started up again. It was as if there was a collective decision to chat about it to take the gloss off the never before achieved 4th straight top flight win......I think!

I liked the bit when they were talking about potential new buyers for Everton now the 777 deal has collapsed and Stefan said there are a lot of tyre kickers around who want to buy a football club, and Simon would know better than me about that.
