Ahhh, I’m watching that match but nipped for a slash at HT.BBC shown it at half time of the Newport game didn’t look a pen but I think it went to var which upheld it.

If it's the one that Mitrovic then missed, I can't see how it could be described as like the Sterling/Robertson one. No body/arms contact, just a very minor touch on the top of the foot.
Not surprised Oldham were unimpressed with the decision - dreadful and bought by a fall, prolonged on-pitch death scenes clutching his shin, and topped off with an obvious look at the ref to see if it needed more milking of the touch.
