£15m for HarwoodBellis would be a bargain for a team wanting to take him.Weren't there reports that they're unwilling to spend 15m on THB ? It could also be that City insisted on buy back / sell on etc.

Chelsea reportedly rejected £40m for Colwill. That means THB should be £30m+... but realistically £20m would be a decent fee.

I agree. He’s one of the best young centre backs in England. I wouldn’t mind giving him a squad place or at least selling him with a buy back

Before his season with Burnley I had my doubts if he would become good enough to make it at City. Now I have no doubt after the completion of this past season and his commanding performance in the Euro U21‘s that he deserves a chance. He reminds me of a young John Stones.I agree.
