Out of pure curiousity, I clicked on the link. Seemed like a normal news article about a fairly alarming incident, right until I read: 'the teenagers, who were all Asian'. Was it really deemed necessary to include these words? Talk about pouring petrol on to a fire. If Mr Khan down the road does something to my family, he will get a slap just as much as Mr Smith, English born and bred would. Would that make me racist? No, it wouldn't. You are seeing the picture of 4 teens of asian descent, and are presuming they have attacked a white man on his bike purely out of hate.
1. The guy on the bike could be white, asian, chinese, indian - anyfuckingthing.
2. You don't know what the guy on the bike said. He could very well be white and decided to shout some racist remark to the kids, which he is now regretting doing.
3. It could just be kids being little cunts.

On Wednesday a pal of mine put on Facebook 'Pure EDL in Midd. It's kickin off'. It wasn't kicking off, and it wasn't pure EDL. What it was, was a bikers ride through the town, in memory of the kid who got killed last week. I'm guessing immediately that if you saw that comment of his, you would have believed him.

Why was it "of course" race related? What evidence are you basing that on? Paranoia?

It may well have been, but there is no suggestion so far. Despite your scare mongering, in the past year I've seen more physical and verbal assaults on cyclists than I have racist ones. In fact, I've seen more assaults over spilt pints in the pub than racist attacks.
