Surely it is Gross Misconduct, and he is in breach of contract?

Can we not:
1) Sack him with immediate effect
2) Hold his registration for the remainder of his contract
3) Sue him on two counts, loss of transfer fee and bringing the club into disrepute.

Hi is a shit of the highest order and must be treated as such!

I can tell you that from what I hear, Tevez's name is mud and the players back Mancini 100% on this affair.
