Tevez defies City and flies out to Argentina

I still hate Tevez and the way he has shamed the shirt of our club, however having a family member who suffers from depression for the last 20yrs and a serious form of depression then if he does have this illness to some level then I will cut him some slack in relation to this side of it but not to how he has gone about things with the club and getting his tosser of an advisor Jorabchin and Paul Mcarthy involved. That is laughable!

A lot of people are ignorant to mental illness and are naive if they think it isn't a lot more common in society than we think. Money changes fuck all with depression. It is a mental illness and requires treatment.

For those who think the glorious FA Cup day is tainted by him lifting the trophy, just be glad he didn't score the only goal! I think the event would have been largely soiled by now if he had.

now i haven't gone through all pages, but can't we just sack him but still hold his reg until the end of his contract, that way he wont get any money and can't play for 2 and half years, oh and stop his money in bank going to argentina

Taint winning a trophy?

Why's everyone going on about depression.

He isn't fucking depressed. Hes a twat. Big difference and we don't need amateur psychologists making guesses.

Warn him, that for every day he refuses to turn up to train,he will be fined two weeks wages. That will quickly "depress" his bank balance. Also until all fines are paid he will not leave the club.He would be broke by the New Year.

Problem is, if he is indeed signed off with a medical note, this isnt really an option. Employment laws have to be upheld even though they can at times be a mockery (i mean many of us could easily get a doctors note if we wanted). City will do things by the book instead of any rash decisions but unfortunatly will have to treat this "depression" note seriously.
Wouldnt be surprised if he retired tbh and let City try and sue him.
Just hope our club gets help and backing from Fifa/Uefa on this, as this case could be as large for football as the Bosman ruling was. If tevez gets what he wants, it opens a can of worms for many clubs

Absolutely mate, can't believe there is a discussion about depression when all Tevez actually is, is a top class ****.
