Tevez fined 4 weeks wages / going to sue (merged)

Morning all.. I haven't read the whole thread so apologies If raised

Surely any legal action would need to take place in Germany as that's where Mancini raised the point about Tevez not wanting to play?

Mr Tevez has not got a leg to stand on.

It is more than likely that any investigation led to the panel talking to the players who were on the bench. If the players have turned round and said he refused to play then what can he do?

Sue for deformation of character when Bobby was telling the truth? I don't think.so...

The very last thing they can possibly sue for is defamation of character.

Tevez has a long history of breaking his word. A long history of infantile temper tantrums.

Less than two years into a five year contract with the Corinthians, where he was Captain, he 'refused to play' as wanted to join the Premier League.

He had a contract with West Ham. Despite this he joined United against the contract.

The man has no honor. He shows no shame. He shows no remorse. Not for this or any of his previous transgressions.

You know the man is lying as his lips are moving.

There is no character left to defame.

Paul Mccarthy just been on SKy squirming under questioning from Mike Wedderburn!!! Who'd wanna be Tevez's PR man?

Sources at the Etihad revealed the ex-United hero had been told six days prior to Munich he would not be entitled to £6million loyalty bonuses.
His transfer requests in December and July meant those payments would not be made. That decision was ratified and confirmed to the striker on September 21. City had also agreed to sell Tevez in a £40m deal with Brazilian club Corinthians only for it to fall through.

However in agreeing to the player's wish to return to South America, they made it clear he would not be offered a new deal.

Tevez stayed but hardly featured in the opening weeks and three days before Munich, he was an unused sub in a 2-0 win over Everton.

He realised that day, backed up by comments from Mancini, he was now fourth in the pecking order of strikers.

Club officials also noted how the forward did not warm up with the rest of the subs prior to the Bayern clash.

All this leads them to believe Tevez's actions were premeditated.

That suggestion was last night dismissed by sources close to Tevez who vowed "to fight it to the earth".

City say they will not sell Tevez, due back in training today, on the cheap but his camp will challenge the idea the club will demand £40m for a player not even in the reserves.

As for that twåt Mc Carthy his press man...now is a time to reflect ffs they have had nearly a month to do that! pay the fine & move on..

This has gone on for far to long now. We need to get rid, and get rid ASAP. Just fuck him off to anywhere other than a Premier League club. Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Italy, Germany, Mars, i just dont care. Look at our season so far when he hasn't featured. We are a team with amazing spirit. The minute he is back in training he will be spreading his issues within the camp. he has to go for the sake of us all, HE could ruin our chances of success this season.

Just thought EVERY MANCHESTER CITY FAN should sue Tevez ..(the club do it on the fans behalf).wonder how much that would cost him..plus if we go out of the CL the club sue him...for loss of income nasty very nasty...Kia..
