There is absoultely no call for egg chasing. Not ever. Not even if you were a rag or a bar code. Yet I am glad we beat those eye-gouging idiots.

He's coming. The first go at Bacon "President of England" Face was for us (and also may have raised an eyebrow amongst potential rag targets...and I don't think Bastard's "virus" comment went down well - or has been forgotten - ...I recall the embarassed silence then the hollow laughter...and then Watch-tapper's face when he realized it hadn't met the reception he anticipated was a study), and the latest "Fergie is a liar / in his face when I score" is absolutely for us: it might also help if git-face sniffs around Eto'o...fergies got form.

MH stated at RSC interview it would take time, don't forget not only have we got to sort out the contract the FA have to scrutinise it to make sure no third party owenrship. So even if by Monday we have his contract sorted it will be days before FA get their lawyers to make sure it is legit. Only when they give green light can we sign him. Suspect won't sign till at least week on monday if then. (so much for my prediction this thread would be done by 1050 knew should have put 2000)

i would think if they have to send anything to the fa to look at. it would have been done last week if we wont to sign on monday !!!!!!!!
 
I think this Monday rumour was started by the Daily Minger and they have been consistently wrong about the timing of it.
But even a buggered clock is right twice a day.
