I think now would be a good time for the club to make a statement as to where we are at with Teves surely they must know something but not a sound [its getting a little worrying]

I have thought for a long time that Tevez will keep his options open as long as he can, we are like money in the bag for him, he will wait until he has to sign, but if something better comes along he will take that. Indeed yesterdays actions might have been as much aimed at him as Eto'o.

I don't know I'm not Tevez, but odd things happen in the transfer window, look at Robinho two days before his move to as, would we have been considered an option? I must have missed that, when was it a fact that his paperwork was being held up from signing for City because of the FA? Don't get me wrong I think, at the end of the day he will sign for us, but he will drag it along as long as he can get away with it.Why let the likely facts get in the way with a nice bit of unqualified negativity?
