Tevez’s account of what happened in Munich reminds us of some of the reasons he’s so loveable.

That's as far as I got mate.

Haha, no problem.

Not supporting it in any way, just thought I'd present an alternative view (and the bonus is a properly subtitled interview) outside of our raggish media

Here's a question.

Win the title with Tevez playing

or

Come second with him nowhere near the First team???

Not saying we cant win it without him, nor am I saying we will deffo win it with him in the team. But think a lot of people are not focussing on the bigger picture - WINNING THE LEAGUE
As DeNiro puts it - I want this title so much!!!!
Try supposition and conjecture,it'll help to take the guess work out of it for you.

Yeah but, no but...

What if Carlos scores a hat-trick in every one of our remaining 13 games, would you cheer him then?

What pisses me off most is if we win the league people will be going on about how important Tevez was to us winning it and we wouldn't have won it without him.

Has anybody mentioned the fact that there will be fans in the ground when he comes on off the bench who will have very contrasting opinions of him - I can see lots of fights in the stands when he makes his first appearance.

time for a fresh Tevez poll - see that tide turning

city rides the waves

I either read or heard (probably the BBC website or Talksport) earlier this week that if he doesn't feature in a certain percentage of first team squads his contract becomes void and he'd have to pay some sort of compo to the club.

I've not read the whole 280+ pages so apologies if this has been posted already.

City have managed this situation perfectly. I suspect it's been a fine balance between mediation and conciliation and I'll stick my neck out and say they used a conciliator. There was a deadlock there to be broken and I think it's been successfully achieved.

City (and Tevez) had absolutely nothing to gain by hanging Tevez out to dry on the HR washing line and allowing the stand off to fester.

We need Tevez fit and in our shop window in readiness to get the best price for him in the Summer. I have no doubt he will leave after this campaign. If, as it may turn out, he helps us lift the title, then that's a bonus.

Climbing down from a moral and legal standpoint (City have been legally untouchable in the case) is one of the most difficult decisions any person or organisation can make and you have to applaud the club and, yes, Tevez in doing so.

You or I may or may not like what has transpired today but that was the only way it was going to be.

This is one hell of a fucking mess and is doing my head in.

I just hope that Mancini is not being undermined and that any decisions regarding Tevez playing again rest soley with him.

I think we will get an official statement from the club on Friday once the Porto game is out of the way. If any sort of apology is going to be made by Tevez then I think it will come then but I'm not holding my breath.

You won't be saying that when he destroys United at The Etihad to win us the title. Or would you prefer Dzeko nice but shite for the rest of the season - cos he's really going to win us the league isn't he !!

Well of course Mario is second choice but lets assume hypothetically that the choice was between the Toxic Twat tevez and Edin for a moment:

Hmmmm. Let me see.....

The out of form Edin who has scored in 3 of the last 5 Premier League games including the valuable winner against Wigan; the one that is City's second highest goalscorer; the one that is the Premier League's sixth highest goalscorer; the one that destroyed spurs away; the one that scored two in twenty minutes against the rags at the swamp; the one that scored in the other game he played in against the rags this season.....

OR

the out of the country till today tevez; the tevez who refused to play; the tevez who has handed in multiple transfer requests; the tevez with the never ending wage demands; the tevez who fucked off on holiday with his girlfriend when given dispensation to see his 'much missed' family; the tevez that fucked off to Argentina instead of fulfilling his professional obligations; the tevez that dissed City on national television; the tevez filmed taking the piss out of City with his big fat disco buddy; the tevez that proclaims respect for the rag manager and the old fogies in the rags side; the tevez that put in no effort this season; the tevez that scored no goals at all in 5 games this season; the tevez that has literally been forced to make an appearance at our beloved club; the tevez with the manipulative **** of an agent; the tevez that showed disdain for our club at wembley; the tevez that thankfully will be gone in the summer; the tevez who has completely disrespected our club MCFC

hmmmmmm tough one.......

Dzeko over Tevez every time. Mario x 2. Sergio x 3.

and fuck tevez the toxic little bastard

last time we played them twats 11 V 11 we just managed to scrap a win. and yes you guessed it with the poison dwarf

they also beat us with him in the side so the idea that the dickhead is some sort of messiah for the rags game is farcical

Great post, maybe the news is starting to settle in
