We pay the price to see the games and make our opinions and emotions heard . . . and someone has the audacity to open a thread instructing us to make the kind of noises he'd like to hear . . or be guilty of tevez's failure to perform (if he play's).
What a load of childish nonsense from a very bossy little milk monitor.

I'll be grateful to see the mods either merge or destroy this silly thread but that, I know, will depend almost entirely on whether the perpetrator is a mate of the mods or not (one rule for mods mates and one for us riff raff).

So coming into the last part of the season, we are top of the league and have 13 very important games coming up. I understand why so many of you are frustrated and annoyed with Tevez, but what ever Mancini decides to do regarding playing him, i urge you not to boo him on the pitch or when he warms up. He knows he has to win most of us over again and he will do that by doing one thing - performing on the pitch. If there are 45,000 fans booing him, it will effect his ability to perform and it will also effect the other players, and that can't be allowed to happen. The consequence's of booing could literally cost us the title. The Media are doing there part in attempting to derail us at all costs, we must be strong, and fight as one for the remainder of the season, and if that means backing the manager with his player selection, then so be it.

the media have already greatly twisted parts of what that was on the tv interview to suit their own agenda and create a bigger story than there was.

If he plays then that will be RM's decision and only his...not the owners, chairmans or Tevez's. Therefore he will only play if the manager thinks it the best for the team

Fair enough people can have their own views on Tevez and dont have to be shouting his name from the rafters but if he scores you have to remember it is for the TEAM and it will have meen probably created by others in the team so at least they shuold be cheered even if you arent directly cheering Tevez.....

From this point on its all about the TEAM and not one individual (as it always should be).....

and the same goes vice versa.....he may miss a chance.....people again shouldnt boo him....players miss at tiems even the best.

I certainly dont go for all this conspiracy shit that he will deliberately set out to miss chances....thats just ridiculous....though i do agree he shouldnt take penalties...purely cause he was never the most convincing at penalties when he was at his best anyway.....we have players all over the pitch who are better penalty takers than tevez.
