Tevez to return (Merged)

Re: An Appeal to Bluemoon

The Pink Panther said:
IF he plays I won't boo him because he will be wearing our shirt
IF he scores, I will cheer the goal, not the player who scored
IF he plays a blinder and is subbed, I will bark at him and I will bark at him if he comes on as a sub

Edited for myself

Exactly this. My love for my club far exceeds my intense dislike of Tevez.

this and that

Didn't that happen to Stan Collymore once when he was just about to leave Notts Forest. He scored the crowd just went silent and his teammates all jogged back to the half-way line as if nothing had happened!

Not a chance. If he plays and if he scores, everyone will be celebrating a City goal in the normal way, apart from maybe a handful of Bluemoon's finest who will be stood there with their arms crossed tutting.

It was a genuine appeal De Niro and I see you as one of the people on here who could have an genuine influence to pull everyone together.

As fans we have not asked for this situation but it has happened.

If he comes on against Bolton and scores and the goal is greeted with a deathly silence he will just think "fuck it" and "fuck them", how will that help the greater good of Man City ?

I repeat the only winners in this will be United.

The whole Tevez saga and the poor timing of his return is playing right into Uniteds hands, old Whisky nose will be laughing his head off and cannot believe his luck.

Come on lads, park up our feelings and just support the fucker for 3 more months in the event that he may have to pull on the shirt again as every single game remaining now is crucial.

Think of the piss up in town after QPR
Think of the piss taking for 12 months

De Niro and certain others on here can pull everyone together is what I am trying to say here.

For what its worth the sky four panel today think he has only returned for the money and to invoke the 10% games rule. They also reckon he won't kick a ball and that City will dodge the rule by saying he ain't fit given been away for so long. I agree with them for once.
