Not really but the extra £6million in dosh could theoretically pay off De Rossi's transfer fee for example (if we still have any chance of getting him).

Tevez is expected Wednesday in France ... he himself gives his agreement to sign for PSG.

It's £25m + £6m addons taking total value of transfer to £31m

Tevez is expected to sign a 3 and a half year deal there worth £10.5m a year within the next day or two
