Tevez....

Break it down into several seperate charges, 'Refusing To Warm Up' would be the first, Guilty.. 2 week Suspension without pay.. Reckon we could string this out til' the end of Jan no probs.. 'Gross Misconduct' is instant dismissal, this is about as close as it gets to putting him in 'stocks' on Ashton Old Road' and throwin' rotten veg at the little twat.. 'Refusing To Soldier' 'Lack Of Moral Fibre' .. Shoot one to encourage the others.. Carry on chaps.. Good Show etc..

BBC.....

Striker Carlos Tevez will be charged by Manchester City for refusing to warm up against Bayern Munich when he attends a disciplinary hearing on Friday.

A club investigation failed to prove City boss Roberto Mancini's claim that Tevez did not follow instructions to come on as a substitute.

The 27-year-old will face a number of other charges and City are expected to make an announcement early next week.

Tevez, set to exit the club in January, will appeal against any punishment.

A senior City figure who has not been part of the initial investigation will chair Friday's hearing.

Tevez can request that club captain Vincent Kompany or a member of the Professional Footballers' Association to be present.

Once charged, he can take his case to the City board - with that hearing likely to involve a representative of the club's Abu Dhabi-based owners.

If he is again unsuccessful, the Argentine would be able appeal to the Premier League - and he could contest that ruling as well - meaning the dispute may not be settled until mid-December.

Both camps accept it would then be best if Tevez moved on during the winter transfer window, although no talks have taken place with potential suitors.

More to follow.

Wonder what the other charges could be??

Wasn't it reported that he refused to warm down after the Everton match.

No idea bud, I missed that. But the club seem to be throwing everything they can prove at him?

Thats splitting hairs - charged with "not warming up" but not charged with refusing to play!! FFS. He only wasnt asked to play BECAUSE he refused to warm up! We better hadnt become a laughing stock here.

The whole thing has been caused by Mancini totally losing the plot when we were two down in Munich.
There was an obvious communication/interpretation breakdown caused by the number of languages being used.
Carlos Tevez ALWAYS wants to play and ALWAYS gives 100%.
He had warmed up and it seemed that his only crime was to say he had already warmed up, thus implying that he was ready to play.
Mancini obviously got hold of the wrong end of the stick and lost it completley from then on.

personally i rater stick him in the skip at trafford on wkend, and fill the rest of skip with scum fans, lolol

Even if this was true he, apparantley, could have apolgised and carried on at our club. It isn't he didn't and he can't
