I suppose if you can't say he can play that way then you'd certainly say he's effective, whichever style Mancini chooses.

The one thing I will say is that he didn't look out of place when he came back and I'd suggest he was the option that we sorely missed, especially when we were going through that 'This Tippy Tappy stuff isn't working' spell.

One touch, fast flowing or not, he fitted straight into the system when he came back.

from all accounts he is a nice guy.. a mate of mine goes to the stadium now and again to cut players hair, he said carlos was a good guy. when he told him he had a friend who is a season card holder at the club hcarlos gave him a signed shirt and his gloves and said "give these to your friend"..

like they say, nice guy, idiots around him as advisers !

Tevez is a class act and would walk into any team in the premier league, him and aguero together for a full season..... Can't wait.

This. People need to stop arguing about whether he fits into our 'new' team, he is an amazing striker. End of.

He would fit into any team the guys world class

Looking at his efforts since he came back ( although he was a bit off HIS pace ) and him on pre - season training, I think he has learnt his lesson. As mentioned, who can afford the salary AND wages ?? Winning things changes
peoples perspective; he'd be a fool to leave now and I think he knows it. Just needs to loose a couple of pounds and get match fit.
