Agree with an above post about avoiding the "just friends" thing. It doesn't work and should only be put in to practice when there's Kids to consider.

I'd normally recommend going out with some trusted company, spending a bit of money, having a good laugh and, most of all, getting a bit drunk - but as you don't drink then that's pointless. Can you take any comfort from having your life back to just you? You've got make sacrifices when you're with someone else but you can be a bit more selfish when you're on your own. Do your thing.
