Just done a bit on nature/nurture in relation to black sprinters. Quite interesting to see how dim Denise Lewis is. :-)

I'm just pleased to see her, regardless of dimness.

Inverdale quoted 82 runners have gone sub 10 for 100m and 81 of those were black, yet Michael Johnson still wasn't having it, very much playing down the genetic/ colour factor.
I like the historical analysis they put in; it helps to inform those that don't know the background. They was a good one on this morning about women's participation over the years

Good to see our hockey team are keeping up with team sport tradition....7-1 down to the Dutch......we used to be quite good at that when I was a kid
