Re: so this agenda thing.
I also didn't mention Neymar physically throwing Kolarov to the floor inside the box seconds before he tapped into an empty net.franksinatra said:pudge said:No.chris85mcfc said:You posted two pictures of two of our places being given red cards
My response to both of those pictures is which one of them wasn't a red card?
IMO Demichelis HAD to be sent off, regardless of whether it was inside or outside the box
Zabbas second yellow was for him shouting at the referee for not awarding a free kick in the build up to the Messi goal at the Nou Camp? Without knowing what Zabba actually said to the referee, its hard to say whether it was worthy of a yellow card or not
What is clear, is that the standard of referreeing in Europe is poor on the whole, perhaps we get the worse referees who referee in 'lesser' leagues which would deem them not worthy of refereeing a Barcelona v MCFC game, you could have a case in saying we have the worst referees, but to say they purposefully give poor decisions against us is a bit too far off the mark IMO
Odd how you can't remember it but are conclusive in your overall thoughts.
No mention of both Fabregas and Neymar having good goals disallowed. The result was a fair one on the balance of the play but I think this year it will be a lot closer. Nice to see fans are viewing the draw so positively. The chance to see Messi, worldwide exposure for the club, a packed Etihad under the floodlights rather than bring up a dreary agenda theory
