Suarez would be one of those signings. As someone else said, he's a definite upgrade on what we have. Not enough of our recent signings have been that way.

Kroos, if that's on, is also an upgrade and someone Guardiola knows... and vice versa.

A new (attacking) full back would be great too.

Even if these don't materialise, at least we're seemingly looking to address major issues with the squad.

I expect some of the incomings must require us to ship people out otherwise we'll get really shafted on sales, rather than just shafted.

The fact that Tolmie mentions this today and Txiki and Pep were in Barcelona around a month back, just based on the assumption that things are still on a month down the line atleast means he must be open to the move surely (also Peps brother being his agent, I am sure this would be sorted)?
