sorry mate, I find your reply very funny!..So now you calling it bollocks becuase a "9 year old wouldnt know who Swales was"? lol! clearly you dont have much faith in children's knowledge on the team they love...So thats the best you can do? So because I proved you wrong, you want to try and find something else?...mate, just poor and your argument is getting very petty and I think this thread deserves better....lets move on

When I was nine, I used to be fast asleep before full time.

what, what, what's the down-season?
given my family surname, i'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing.
i hope it doesn't mean toffs can start having potshots at us.

Now that fox hunting has been banned, this is a growing & popular blood sport for the Toffs.

I've seen them on horseback chasing a whole family of Downs along the M62. Scary stuff. Luckily the Downs were in a swish BMW so managed to outrun the dogs.

I'd suggest you keep your head down until August 13th

lol! I was only 9 when that happened, so not been a blue as long as some on here, but that day scarred me for life mate! ;)

It must have been frightening for any youngsters in the crowd as I remember well how the atmosphere at the full-time whistle was utterly toxic. All that initial shock and stunned disbelief quickly morphing into frustration, anger and hatred - and it needed an outlet! Those celebrating Luton payers and management never knew how lucky they were to escape unscathed!

appreciate the heads-up on this.
we had indeed wondered why those horses were chasing us on the motorway the other day when we were out in the beamer.
will do.

"Flap" seems to be a fashionable term used on here and its probably because I am in my 40's that I can just smile when people say that!;) Thats the danger of typing on a forum, sometimes it comes across different than if you were talking face to face...I find our transfer business frustrating but "flap/panic" is slightly over exaggerating.. I might start flapping first weekend of the season, if I see Yaya, Kolarov and Mangala on the team sheet tho!;)

Flap ? That's crying material ;-)

What's more worrying more than anything is the fact that we have failed to shift any of our deadwood.
