I think that if we get Sane, Moreno, Jesus & Stones, we might declare for this window & wait 'til next year.
Those 3 kids are eligible for the Prem as U21s if needed, as is Zinchenko, with Gundogan & Nolito signed, then if we get Stones, that's a whole bunch of signings.
Stones means we have 5 cbs, 6 including Tosin, 7 if Pep is serious about Fernandinho being a possible.
We have 4 def mids if we include Stones & Denayer as possibles, 5 if we want to use Fernandinho there, 6 if Kean Bryan comes through.
Fucking Kolarov plus Clichy left back, with Angelino maybe Delph, Sagna & Zabba right back with perhaps Dinho, Stones & Denayer.
Yaya, Gundogan, Fernandinho, A Garcia (& in a Pep team poss options of DeBruyne Nasri or Silva) as centre mid.
DeBruyne, Silva, Nolito, Nasri, Sane, Sterling, Kelechi , Yaya, Zinchenko if he stays, M Garcia, Celina & a few other kids as attacking mid.
DeBruyne, Silva, Nasri, Nolito, Sane, Zinchenko, Kelechi, Moreno, Sterling, Jesus (in Jan), plus Celina, Barker & other kids as wide attackers in a mid 4 or in a front 3.
Aguero, Bony, Kelechi, Sane, Jesus (in Jan), Sterling, plus Ambrose maybe Boadu if he gets fit, a Striking options.
A shedload of players young & old who could play as a 'false 9'.
A bunch who could play wingback or in a back 3.
All of that is without mentioning Navas, in case he is one who goes.
We could lose a player or two from almost any area there, to make way in the squad, & still have loads of cover (thanks to the fact that Pep has flexibility with players' positions & has brought some kids into the reconing, both things which could have made us much better last season).
I don't think we'd worry if we had that squad. It would just be a matter of who we loan or sell.
