Was saying in another thread that there should be ways to measure who in the squad can cope best with stressful situations. Those guys should then be encouraged to be the penalty takers and practice regularly under various conditions, e.g. load sounds, excessive candle waving or spectacled bearded pot belly crazy smiley male streakers running at them.

Every Friday they each take one penalty at the end of training.
No goal = no wages that week
