The Ashes 2010/2011 thread

Id bowl 1st if i was England. The aussies will definitely bat 1st theres no doubt about that because they wont want to go against the usual as Ponting hasnt got the balls to do it again after his errors in past tests. If it is going to be overcast then that surely means we have to bowl 1st if we win the toss, Jimmy will be swinging it all over the place and i dont fancy Watson as an opener at all with a swinging ball.

If we bowl 1st i think they have to be at least 5 down before tea or the plan would have backfired on the 1st day. We still could go on and win but i will be very happy if we havent seen Swann bowl before the 25th over because the quickies are taking care of the top order.
 
I think this is a toss you'd want to lose. Who ever bats first will be under the cosh and most likely lose at least 2 to 3 wickets before dinner!

midnight, look on the 1st page mate and all the start times are on there
