If City finish 4th and win this year's champions league would they still have to pre-qualify for next year's group stages?
No. Automatically seeded "Pot 1" in the Group Stage

Are you admitting to not knowing the rules of the greatest/biggest/most important competition in the Universe? If City finish 4th and win this year's champions league would they still have to pre-qualify for next year's group stages?
Palace, Leicester and Bournemouth at home. Norwich and West Ham away.who have united got left?
Off the top of me bonce...who have united got left?
1) I cant argue with as that is pure opinion but I would say having extra games at a time when players will be at different stages of pre-season due to the Euro's is not ideal and you dont know who we might draw but there are many examples of teams being caught cold and being knocked out
battle for 4th might be between Arsenal and United at this rate
Fairly decent fixtures - good job we have a gap they could win all them.Off the top of me bonce...
Palace (H)
Leicester (H)
Norwich (A)
West Ham (A)
Bournemouth (H)

Palace are due some good results so I can genuinely see them beating United and drawing with Arsenal. If we are still within 3 points of arsenal by the time we play them we should be getting 3rd place

I dont think its over but I dont think they will catch us....for me if we win on Tuesday that will just about put the lid on it......but should we drop a bollock on Tuesday which is unlikely then it could be a scramble.
Why not have a look at any number of sites that give the dates for the play-off round? The play-offs are AFTER the start of the season, not during pre-season! They might come at a time when players are easing themselves into a new season, but the PL starts a few days before the first play-off game.
That's why I'm asking the question. Pretty self explanatory really. Are you admitting to not knowing the rules of the greatest/biggest/most important competition in the Universe?
2 wins and 3 draws will do us cos United will drop at least 2 points
