What looks fabulous at one point often looks absurd retrospectively. 11/12 being the classic season where after the 6-1 and the following month or so we looked absolutely nailed on and by mid April we looked like no hopers
We have had a brilliant start and I can't see any reason not to be optimistic but the unexpected happens far to often in football and in life to be counting any chickens.

The Mancini side was dependent on having the spine of Yaya, Kompany, Silva fit at all times and when Yaya went to AFCON we were half the side.

This side is built much better, we're not dependent on any one player, let alone having 3 always fit.

I don’t think you can compare this team to the 11/12 side.
The quality of the players and the football being played is on a completely different scale.
It is total football and but for some atrocious officiating in the Everton game it would be 10/10 wins.
