I'm trying to resuscitate a victorian semi in North Manchester but due to lack of cash / lack of job am taking a bit of time over it.On the positive side I'll need a few trades in on day-work prices or cash-quote for odds & sods as they come up.
Things I need to do is extend heating circuits for additional rads, install new skirting & various bits of joinery work, plastering & skimming of rooms as available.
It's bitty work . just the odd day here and there but no 'got to be done for Friday' pressure so if anyone out there has the trade skills then PM me your specialism and number and I'll get in touch for quotes for the work as and when.
All cash-in-hand of course.

PS. If anyone has the ability to manufacture and install sash windows build and install a large timber double-glazed greenhouse / potting shed then I'll be double interested.

PPS. I'm a commercial manager specialising in risk management and contract negotiations / Client management and I'm also a time served approved electrician (1st career) and a dab hand at the electrics (as they say) so feel free to PM me any opportunities you may have - always happy to talk and also happy to give a bit of free advice to fellow Blues.

He's a fantastic lad, and brilliant at his job. He looked at my boiler and told me what was wrong, before he took off the cover! As paul daniels would say....
