Well, for a start, what degree do you hold, and what did fancy doing for a living, when you were a kid?

Hmm. No jobs within media, then? I know you've only just graduated, but would you consider re-training or taking extra qualifications, if only to get something to keep you going? There seem to be loads of vacancies for HGV drivers, not to speak of the huge amount of gyms that have sprung up and the amount of work surely available for fitness coaches. Despite the so-called recession, folk are spending more and more on luxury items. Maybe you could tap in to something there?

Glad this has been bumped.

Anybody looking to get a start take a look at your local councils. I have noticed where I now work that they don't tend to advertise too widely but are always looking of business support staff. I imagine many local government, charities etc are the same.

I know insurance doesn't sound very exciting but there are a lot of graduate programmes run by various companies - here's one to look at to get you started
