What's with this newer official video relegating Donna to the occasional background shot when she's doing an iconic dance the sexiness of which Peter Crouch couldn't hope to aspire to?

That's my only gripe and though I have absolutely nothing against a bit of gothy warbling from Amy Lee it's up against one of the seminal songs of popular music.

Interesting (maybe) facts, Summer did the entire vocal in one take; the only sound Moroder and co couldn't get the Moog to emulate was that of a kick drum, so along with Summer that's the only human performance on the track; the session drummer who recorded the kick drum track went on to write Don't You Forget About Me.
