Great song by Donna Summer but is that a re-mixed version? It starts differently and feels a tad slower than I remember. Went for Evanescence anyway.

Edit: I must’ve had the 12” remix version back in the day, has a slightly different start it seems.

Not my fave Donna summer song, admittedly I can only think of 2 others, but love's unkind is my fave.. hmm that evanescence track is ok for about a minute and a half in the middle, but the rest of it is crap

State of Independence is brilliant too, but Moroder had the Midas touch back then, and “influential” doesn’t even begin to do that track justice.
Anyone who can’t appreciate it has to be dead from the waist down.
